Housing & Redevelopment Authority

The purpose of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority is to:

  • Address substandard, slum, or blighted areas existing within the City of East Bethel that cannot be redeveloped without government assistance
  • Provide a sufficient supply of adequate, safe, and sanitary dwellings to persons of low and moderate income and their families at prices and amounts they can afford with the City of East Bethel

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority discussed the need for a senior housing market study and approved Viewpointe Consulting to conduct the study. The study was completed and submitted on February 28, 2018. View the results of the Senior Housing Market Study.
