There is an opening for a volunteer to serve on the City's Economic Development Authority (EDA) Commission. This commission coordinates and administers economic development and redevelopment plans and programs for the City of East Bethel.
The Commission meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at City Hall. Agenda packets are provided several days in advance of the meetings. The term for this Commission opening ends January 31, 2018 and members are compensated at a rate of $20 per regular meeting.

First, you must be an East Bethel resident. If you are interested in serving on this Commission, please submit a letter expressing your interest in this position, outline your reason for applying, how long you have been a resident of East Bethel, your current involvement in the community and a brief statement of your education and professional experience. It is suggested that you include a current resume.
