The City of East Bethel is committed to working with entrepreneurs, developers, and small businesses of all types to successfully plan, start up, identify available facilities and land, bridge commercial financial needs, and provide demographics and statistical information. All of these services and more are completely confidential and provided free of charge to the businesses and residents of East Bethel, MN. The City of East Bethel strives to apply transparent and responsive regulations and review procedures, and to provide support for new, expanding, and existing businesses, and developments.

As part of the Community Development Department, this division also promotes commercial and industrial development opportunities to expand the job base with livable wage employment opportunities and to increase the tax base. The division helps with marketing of vacant lands, builds and maintains relationships with local business owners, and provides economic development services.

New Promotional Video Highlights East Bethel

The City of East Bethel has unveiled a new marketing video to be used to help promote the City.

Commissioned by the City of East Bethel and the Economic Development Authority, and shot and produced by Cade Imaging, the video was first unveiled at the 2017 MNCAR Expo on October 11. Cade Imaging specializes in aerial photography and videography, and showcases the natural beauty of an area. All the footage was shot in the fall with drone photography. It can be updated annually and customized for specific audiences.

The short 2-minute video features wide-sweeping shots of the city, highlighting the newly built service road, as well as available land, housing, and recreation within the community. It will be used in economic development attraction packages, and given to prospective new businesses.
