Protecting Our Residents
The East Bethel Fire Department was organized in 1959, and has a proud history of providing efficient and trusted fire and rescue services to the citizens of East Bethel. The 34 firefighters of the East Bethel Fire Department are extremely well trained and dedicated to the protection of our residents. We are confident we will provide the best fire and rescue services available. Our paid on-call firefighters provide responses from three stations:

Fire Department Open House - Thursday, October 5, 2017
Come see and explore Fire Station #1 at our Fall Open House on Thursday, October 5th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Learn what it takes to become a firefighter. Demonstrations and activities for everyone! Learn how to join the youth fire exploring program. Fire Fighters vs. Lions Club chili contest. You be the judge! Bring a non-perishable food item to support the local food shelf. Don't miss the drawings for smoke detectors!


East Bethel Fire Department Auxiliary
EBFD AuxiliaryThe East Bethel Fire Department Auxiliary's mission is to help foster the support of the EBFD personnel, their families, members of the Auxiliary, and the East Bethel community. 

New members are always welcome!  The group meets the second Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 PM at East Bethel Fire Station #1 (2751 Viking Blvd NE).
